Basic competencies:<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00b7 CB6 \u2013 Possess and understand knowledge that provides a foundation or opportunity to be original in the development and\/or application of ideas, often in a research context.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CB7 \u2013 Students must know how to apply the knowledge acquired and their problem-solving skills in new or unfamiliar environments within broader (or multidisciplinary) contexts related to their field of study.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CB8 \u2013 Students must be able to integrate knowledge and deal with the complexity of making judgments based on information that may be incomplete or limited, including reflections on the social and ethical responsibilities linked to the application of their knowledge and judgments.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CB9 \u2013 Students must know how to communicate their conclusions\u2014and the knowledge and rationale underpinning them\u2014to specialized and non-specialized audiences clearly and unambiguously.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CB10 \u2013 Students must possess the learning skills that enable them to continue studying in a largely self-directed or autonomous manner.<\/p>\n

General competencies:<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00b7 CG1 \u2013 Acquire ethical commitments: critical capacity when facing problems as presented and self-critical capacity to evaluate the quality of one’s own work, both in itself and within its context.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CG2 \u2013 Develop teamwork skills (ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a common project; ability to work in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams).<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CG3 \u2013 Acquire creative and entrepreneurial capacity (ability to formulate, design and manage projects; ability to seek and integrate new knowledge and attitudes).<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CG4 \u2013 Ability to understand and express oneself orally and in writing in Catalan, Spanish and a third language, mastering specialized vocabulary; ability to search, use and integrate information.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CG5 \u2013 Ability to formulate independent judgments and articulate arguments. Be familiar with academic work, its standards of rigor and usual procedures. Know how to document oneself and manage specific information according to subjects and tasks; know how to select and properly use diverse information sources.<\/p>\n

Specific competencies:<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00b7 CE1 \u2013 Acquire conceptual competencies that allow for the social and historical contextualization and interpretation of trends and perspectives linking visual arts with education in different contexts.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CE2 \u2013 Critically and dialogically relate readings to images and other representations connected to visual arts and education in various contexts.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CE3 \u2013 Distinguish between different methodological perspectives to carry out a research project on cultural practices linked to visual arts and education in different contexts.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CE4 \u2013 Design and carry out social and institutional intervention projects in the field of visual arts and education in different contexts.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CE5 \u2013 Design educational and training materials (in digital and analog formats) related to visual arts.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CE6 \u2013 Manage training projects related to visual arts and education in different institutional and community settings.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 CE7 \u2013 Master research methodologies related to discursive practices and experiences connected to visual arts and education.<\/p>\n
