QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM: PROCEDURES, INDICATORS AND REPORTS

The procedures that make up the Quality Assurance System of this Degree refer to the following aspects of the study plan:

1. Teaching and the faculty

2. Academic results

3. External internships

4. Mobility programmes

5. Labour market insertion of graduates and their satisfaction with the training received

6. Satisfaction of the different groups involved

7. Attention to suggestions and complaints

8. Dissemination of the study plan, its development and results

9. Criteria and procedures for the temporary or definitive suspension of official postgraduate degrees

10. Students’ opinion on the teaching performance of the faculty

The Master’s CGIC annually analyses the information related to the eight core aspects of the study plan’s monitoring and evaluation. Based on these analyses, the Academic Committee prepares each year the Preliminary Monitoring Self-Report, documenting the system indicators, highlighting good practices, identifying weaknesses and proposing improvements.
