The inter-university postgraduate program “Arts and Education” consists of the Master’s Degree “Visual Arts and Education: A Constructionist Approach.” Its aim is to train postgraduate students in both professional and research-oriented pathways related to the pedagogy and didactics of visual arts and their impact on formal and non-formal educational contexts.
The program is offered at the Universities of Granada, Barcelona, and Girona, and includes faculty from all three institutions, as well as guest lecturers from universities in Europe and the Americas. This program originates from a PhD with a Quality Mention and has successfully passed quality assessments, establishing itself as the only reference in Spain on this subject and one of the few in Europe. The program is aimed at graduates in Architecture, Fine Arts, Audiovisual Communication, History, Art History, Music History and Music Sciences, Pedagogy, and Psychopedagogy.
